I had a mixed experience at the Royal Elmount Hotel. The location was fantastic and the hotel grounds were beautiful, perfect after a long day of exploring. However, my check-in was a hassle as there were issues with my reservation, and the upgraded rooms left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of maintenance and missing amenities.
